Start spread your fabric evenly on the flat surface and place the paper pattern on top. Pin it around, mark at fabric around paper and another round and give 1/2” or 1/4” seam allowance. As for me I did it with French seam and it took me 1” seam allowance. You pick !

Begin to cut out the fabric at seam allowance marked. Repeat the same for the back pattern
Measure to 9/10” straps and cut it to 4 pcs OR make it 1 1/4” width and 10” long same fabric make it 4 pcs as well and attached it to the edge of the pointy front bust line and another 2 pcs at the back but make sure it parallel with the front.
