I decided to give a bias on my sleeves. This is optional too . I will also show you how to do bias .
After you trace them , you can follow the formula I prepared below and you can start taking measurements and every measurement needed is up to you.
As you can see I put a dart on side bust and it’s optional. I give it dart intake 1 1/2” and 4 1/2” inches depth. Just leave it close if you don’t want it .
Give it an extra seam allowance 1” / 1 1/2” inches at the centre front to get the wide hem effect. It’ll look nicer like that
Prepare this :
Bodice block/your shirt , paper , ruler , measurement tape
Any question or comment do click the button or drop us a message. See ya!
Once you satisfied with your paper pattern, you can cut, place it on top of the fabric , pin it. Then using the tailor chalk or pencil for marking the seam allowance. and you’re ready to mark and cut .
Now you can start move all the pieces to the sewing machine.
And you also need :
Rayon fabric , scissors , pins, needle&thread , sewing machine
